Since the company was established in Frederikshavn, Denmark, in 2003, Seafood Sales has experienced constant growth. It has always been a major focus of ours to ensure trust and great service – for customers as well as business partners.
Seafood Sales is an international company, trading frozen seafood – mainly salmon, cod, pollock, and hoki – which we distribute to wholesalers and processors all over Europe. We are part of a market of stiff competition on price and quality. What sets us apart from our competitors is our extraordinary service, which no one in the market can match. We have a customer-oriented philosophy of being as adaptable as we possible can. We do our best to always act within and in respect for the customer’s corporate and geographic culture. Our systems are open so that we can easily integrate the customer’s specific needs and requirements.
We value transparency
To ensure trust and transparency we keep the customer updated on the status of the order until it has been delivered satisfactorily – also if any complications should arise that prevent it from being delivered on time. We act proactively to prevent challenges that might get in the way of delivery.
Forward-thinking Company
Our employees in China carry out pre-production and pre-shipment quality control. Their job is to ensure that the shipped products meet all current regulations, requirements and certifications. Product specifications and photo documentation are prepared for the pre-shipment report based on the observations made by the quality inspector. The report is sent to the customer before the goods leave the production.
Seafood Sales is an innovative and forward-thinking company, and we constantly scan the market for new opportunities of growth. We frequently seek out new and interesting suppliers and business partners around the world who enable us to constantly improve the quality of our products and service. Most recently we have expanded our list of partners with a major Chinese supplier, and we are proud to be able to introduce the brand “N’Joy Seafood” to the European market.
